I'm happy to share some work I did during March...
Thanks to Divyan, Mukesh from Ogilvy/Bahrain for your trust and special thanks to Paul (and Divyan) for solving some issues.
The campaign is advertising bose wireless headphones by showing famous musicians tangled up- (I wont add the names as I hope you guys recognize the illustrated musicians) We all know the pain of unknotting cables for being able to enjoy our favourite vibes- wireless headphones seem the solution to avoid this stress.
Well, I cant fully agree as I always found wireless products (mouse, headphone etc) not convincing, but its ages since I gave them a chance- maybe things developed...

Beiersdorf/ Harmony Campaign
A few weeks ago I was comissioned to visualize a nice concept for Beiersdorf/ Harmony-condoms: "Come together".
I did three ads for different condoms, working titles were: Harmony Long (designed to delay climax), Harmony Hot (specially lubed for hotter moments) and Harmony Tornado (for intense pleasure). The main mechanic was visualizing the situation: him climaxing while she isnt turned on at all. Harmony condoms seem a solution here ;)...
The project is an actual Cannes Entry by FCB Lisboa. Thanks to Eduardo for your trust and easy going. I hope its a winner. I like it a lot!

Unit-Guard
I was comissioned to 3d model a guard for "unit" which are network security devices. Every device has its own colorcode and guard. Thanks to my friend Lars from AAG Kommunikation for your trust and easy going in this job. Looking forward to animate them!

Toothpicks
Next to the illustrations the story behind this one is quite sad... a big Indian Agency (worldwide network) hired me to do three ads illustrating hunting in the mouthcave to advertise toothpicks. Long story short: I never was paid fully because of Indian taxlaws that deduct about 25% of the offered professional fees because the work is done by a foreigner. Of course this was not communicated to me and it was not thought about adding these 25% tax in top of my offer as you would expect as an professional.
....Anyways- finally I added my own fantasy logo to add it to my folio...
If you're considering working for indian agencies make sure they understand your offers as "NET TO TAX". This is my second bad experience with India and I wont repeat.

Last year I was commissioned with an illustration for buddy media/ US. They are running an artist-series of ads, wich means each ad is signed by the artist. The idea in my illustration is visualizing the viral aspect of social networks and online promotion.

Nestlé Hepar Mineral Water
At the beginning of the year I was
comissioned to create 5 visuals that visualize an easy digestion process
in a tasty way...Well, sounds not that easy but I think it came out
nicely in the end. The campaign advertises a mineral water rich in magnesium supports digestion/intestinal transit...makes things flow.
I have to thank Thibault from Pellmell and Dimitri and Eric from Marcel/Paris. Dim, you really drove me nuts but it was worth it...if theres one thing I respect: it is passion. The campaign was on the Cannes-Shortlist 2011.
